You can’t beat a classic strain like Sour Kush. I tend towards indica strains myself as I prefer relaxation over mental stimulation. A very easy and straightforward grow, and GCS provided excellent seeds as always, with a 100% germ rate with my 5 seeds! Much better as an indoor grow (you get more weed) and keep the harvested stuff in my little curing shed out back. Excellent growing genetics with this strain, and all the GCS Kush strains in general. Have been buying from GCS for about a year now and have been consistently impressed by the quality of their seeds. Sour Kush was no exception. I follow the paper towel method to ensure germination and am usually scoring around 100% on that front, something I am proud of. I recommend this as an indoor grow because it seems to prefer a controlled environment, plants are about medium in height and quite bushy. I scored around 400 grams per plant, which will last me some time. Gorgeous green and orange fuzzy nugs, excellent for joint rolling. Very relaxing high with uplifting qualities as well.

My first of three seeds didnt germinate which happens im a realest n understand this happens even following the germination guide but second seed took right off and turned into a monster with 3 huge colas and produced 50 g of dry medicine. Bought five Sour Kush seeds at full price along with five Critical Purple. Followed germination instructions to the letter on both, side by side. NONE of the Sour Kush germinated while 4 out of 5 Critical Purple did. Didn’t want to pay even more money in additional shipping costs to have replacement Sour Kush seeds sent plus I am assuming they will fail again and don’t have any more time to lose. The Purples are looking good so far.

Hybrids are my favorite marijuana choice, and I haven’t found a better mix of indica and sativa than Sour Kush. A lot of my friends smoke this particular strain, namely for its anti-anxiety properties. Sour Kush is easily one of my favorite strains of all time, I’m so glad Growers Choice added it to the shop because they’re my go-to online for seeds now. Love to take a few tokes and sit out in the backyard listening to nature. I’ve been smoking pot for awhile, mostly recreational, and then I started dabbling for medical reasons. Anxiety was really getting the best of me but I found when I started putting some thought into the strains I smoked I noticed a difference. That I don’t have to take any prescriptions and I can still get through the day is amazing to me. I recommend growing these seeds indoors so you can have more control over the plant, but they’re not too difficult and you get a pretty decent harvest, especially with these auto-flowering and feminized seeds.

I’ve been experimenting with different soil mixes to see which one works the best, but they grow quick and are great either way. I’m trying to create my own blend of soil, hence the experimenting.
